What you imply is that all big countries should invade Al smaller countries where the same language is in part spoken. France attacks Belgium, Germany attacks Austria, Britain attacks Ireland, the USA attacks Canada, Mexico attacks el Salvador etc etc. Can your brain comprehend how ridiculous that is?
