@TsarOfRuss Well, as is usual for Russian trolls, you got that wrong.
It took from 1991 to 1997 to get an agreement between Russia and Ukraine on the partition of the Black Sea fleet. By then Ukraine owed Russia so much money (Russia likes to keep its vassal states in dept) that instead of a 50/50 split, Russia got 7 out of every 9 ships, in exchange for dept forgiveness. Then 2014, when Russia illegally invaded Crimea, is when Russia stole most of the Ukrainian navy vessels. Ukraine eventually got some back, but mostly just old or poor condition vessels.
The one frigate that Ukraine had berthed in Mykoliav at the resumption of hostilities last February was scuttled by the Ukrainian navy to prevent its capture by invading forces.
So you have shown your complete ignorance of the situation of the Ukrainian Navy and its ships, which no doubt is equal to your ignorance on the rest of the lead up to Russia's illegal invasion and war.
And don't forget, Ukraine's ship-free navy has sunk or damaged a considerable proportion of Russia's Black Sea fleet, including sinking the flagship (with nearly all hands), so you can stop feeling smug.
