I don't know that swapping Russian dominance for Turkish dominance would gain much. While Turkey is not as toxic as Russia, it still has too many agendas of its own.

@TsarOfRuss Well, as is usual for Russian trolls, you got that wrong. It took from 1991 to 1997 to get an agreement between Russia and Ukraine on the partition of the Black Sea fleet. By then Ukraine owed Russia so much money (Russia likes to keep its vassal states in dept) that instead of a 50/50 split, Russia got 7 out of every 9 ships, in exchange for dept forgiveness. Then 2014, when Russia illegally invaded Crimea, is when Russia stole most of the Ukrainian navy vessels. Ukraine eventually got some back, but mostly just old or poor condition vessels. The one frigate that Ukraine had berthed in Mykoliav at the resumption of hostilities last February was scuttled by the Ukrainian navy to prevent its capture by invading forces. So you have shown your complete ignorance of the situation of the Ukrainian Navy and its ships, which no doubt is equal to your ignorance on the rest of the lead up to Russia's illegal invasion and war. And don't forget, Ukraine's ship-free navy has sunk or damaged a considerable proportion of Russia's Black Sea fleet, including sinking the flagship (with nearly all hands), so you can stop feeling smug.

What are you saying George? Ukraine has a threat to its ports right now. Some are blockaded for all but grain exports, others are illegally occupied by a belligerent neighbor. Meanwhile I don't see any active threat to Russian ports on the Black Sea.

"Threatening NATO warships"? Why do you assume NATO warships in the Black Ses are threatening. Are Turkey's warships threatening? What about Romanian warships? They're both NATO countries, with Black Sea coasts. Why do you consider them threatening? Do they have a record of threatening shipping or countries on the Black Sea. Wait a minute. There is one country on the Black Sea that does have a record of threatening its neighbors - Russia. So why do you consider NATO warships to be "threatening"? Because you're a Russian troll?

@bhubankumarchhetri3311 Bhuban, you're getting confused. It's Pootin who's putting his people through the meat grinder while he hides in the Kremlin. Pootin is a coward who never visits his troops, unlike Ukraine's GREAT leader who often visits near the front lines (Kherson city, Bakhmut). Pootin sends his defence minister, who is also too scared to get near the action.

Ask yourself why Russia invaded Ukraine to protect Russian speaking civilians and ethnic Russians and then killed them by bombing and shelling their homes and towns. Ask yourself if Russia is so pure and wonderful, why does every Russian neighbor want to join a defensive alliance. Ask yourself why, if the Russian cause is so noble, not a single former USSR state has recognized the sham annexations of Ukrainian oblasts (with the exception of the aggressor, and possibly Belarus). Ask yourself why not even Belarus will join Russia in its war against Ukraine. Ask yourself why you are such a fool as to support fascist Russia. Slava Ukraini.

Zelenskii has been to the front lines to speak to his troops (e.g. Kherson city and Bakhmut). Pootin is too scared to go anywhere near the front lines, and why would he, he doesn't care about his troops. Instead, he hides in the Kremlin and wears a bulletproof vest to church on Christmas day, in case even God tries to shoot him. What a snivelling coward Pootin is. Slava Ukraini.
