@yaqob3275 It was rumoured that Putin wouldn't attend (except by video). I guess he had to come out of his bunker (for a very short time) so as not to insult his guests. Although it appears Lukashenko wasn't well either). As for the spring offensive - well we're waiting for the Russian winter offensive to start first. Slava Ukraini.
