I live in Pennsylvania, and I have seen some wacky stuff once I get outside of the Philadelphia metro area. I saw one that said that Moses built the ark and Trump built the wall and kept coronavirus out. I guess the person putting that up didn't take into consideration the over 700K dead. This summer, I went to a theme park with my daughter, my parents, and my niece. If I had known how few were taking coronavirus seriously, we would have gone to one in New Jersey instead. One old woman was giving my mom grief for wearing a mask.

  10.  @AdamSmith-gs2dv  Because New Jersey got the worst of it in the very beginning when masks and social distancing were the only preventative measures available. Check which states have been the leaders on a rolling basis rather than a cumulative and you'll see that in action.

  11.  @AdamSmith-gs2dv  The leaders per capita within the last week were Idaho, Montana, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Wyoming, Alabama, South Carolina, Kentucky, North Dakota, and Pennsylvania. In other words, you have to go through nine red states and a state with a Republican governor shunning such mandates before finding a blue state with a Democratic governor, and that governor lost a lot of his power of emergency declarations when the Legislature took it to the people that they could override any emergency declaration after 21 days. In the rolling per capita count, New Jersey is 44th, being led by Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Kansas, and Rhode Island. So, either blue states or states with a Democratic governor.
