 @skechij5856 So, fraud is "the weakest case"? It's not our fault that the Supreme Court grinded the clock to a halt before the other cases could go to trial.

@jeremiahbarnes6313 Relative to that, yes, but my point was that to trivialize what he did in that case as mere "hush money" does a huge disservice to what he actually did.

@skechij5856 The underlying crime was election fraud. And if it were really past the statute, it would have been thrown out on appeal or by the judge. The only way this case is "the weakest" is because of how severe the others are. And the right doesn't care what he was charged with, so I really don't care if they take it seriously, because they are cult followers for whom Trump could shoot someone in the middle of 5th Avenue and not lose their votes. We all saw 1/6 live, and they insist that it was a peaceful protest.
