I'd love that moment so much I married it. And I would cheat on that moment with the inevitable breakdown at Sam pointing out their basic flaws.

@chris135x There are a few basic strains of libertarian thought, but once you are familiar with them, they're all exactly the same within the type. I listen for amusement. They've yet to provide enlightenment.

@chris135x The mere fact that you are on the Internet and saying that the federal government does nothing good is the height of irony. And you literally said nothing other than your opinion that the federal government is authoritarian.

@chris135x You: I've yet to see how a big government helps the people. Also You: I never said "the federal government doesn't do anything." And yet I didn't say you said "doesn't do anything," I said you said "does nothing good." I could also point to the fact that you haven't died of food poisoning (assuming you don't grow your own food) or gotten sick from contaminated water (federal standards for water purity), or that the products you buy get where you can buy them (federal highway system) or come directly to your door (US Postal Service). Maybe if you didn't take such an obviously impossible position to defend, this wouldn't happen, would it?
