  1. The fight is not to trash unions. The fight is to make unions more open and democratic. I'm in SEIU, and the big fight in every single contract is the health care package. Imagine how much more that will free the negotiating teams to fight for even better things. Maybe a 30-hour work week. Maybe an increase in employee dividends. Fight big, not small.
