  2.  @BenedictMHolland  48 voted to get rid of it for voting rights, so two more Democrats and it either can be done or can be restored to an actual talking filibuster that will make it much, much harder to do. (People forget that as soon as Strom Thurmond sat down after talking for over 24 hours, the Civil Rights Act of 1957 was passed.)
