  2. I would, too, but sadly, I expect to see Trump's college transcripts before I see them acknowledge a right wing leaker... unless Roe does get overturned, and the leaker will be a hero who stood up for the unborn.

  4. Well, Roberts is still a conservative, but it's his name on the Court, and after Citizens United gutted his credibility, he's tried to rein in his crazy. When Kennedy was the swing Justice, he was the tenth most conservative Justice since 1900, and Roberts was to his right. The swing Justice isn't about being a moderate, but being the fulcrum around which decisions get made. Before Kennedy, O'Connor was the swing Justice, and she was also pretty conservative.

  6. It was definitely Thomas or someone affiliated with him. He was there for the Casey decision in 1992, and he was furious that Kennedy switched his votes. It was someone who wanted to lock people in.
