Most of the libertarian callers don't seem to understand the inherent cruelty of their position. For this jerk, the cruelty is the point.

Sadly, he hasn't gotten any better. At another point, he was calling complaining about paying for poor kids' lunches.

@greatness8248 Well, considering that he is literally a fascist telling a white supremacy group to stand by, telling his supporters to come to my city to try to intimidate voters, ordered the kidnapping of children and sterilization of women, and golfed while 200,000 people died, all of that stuff you mentioned is a drop in the bucket compared to the other stuff he's done.

@pickupsmonthly No, it isn't. How does it make his point about someone seeking asylum different if it is in 1982 as opposed to 1989? He was thinking off the cuff and using a hypothetical example.

@pickupsmonthly You really can't be this stupid. The vast majority of people watching the video were not thinking of a specific individual. The notion was about anyone from the Soviet Union seeking asylum status. The time didn't matter. All that mattered was that it was before 1992.
