@pw6002 It's because channels that allow links have been bombarded over the last couple of months with porn spammers, so a lot of channels don't allow any links at all. That's why I tend to give the name and title.

@scotthullinger4684 Except they didn't make the claim you said they did. You said that the OP said that Russians funded French banks. The claim was that Russian banks funded far-right French political parties. Those are not the same thing. Just admit that you made a mistake. The more you deny it, the worse it looks.
