  5. Sadly yes. Ever since that ladder puller Reagan busted the air traffic controller strike in 1981, we have been facing a hard battle. Republican Presidents just refusing to appoint anyone to the NRLB to avoid a quorum so they can't do anything to enforce the laws on the book doesn't help, either.
