  2. Sinema will be primaried (Ruben Gallego is the most likely challenger). In all honesty, I think that Manchin will probably retire in 2024. Even if he doesn't, a primary challenge wouldn't be successful because West Virginia Democrats know that he is literally the only Democrat who can win statewide in WV right now.
