@theTruthSeekerishere True, but she understood the rules, and she shouldn't have kept ignoring the Great Lakes states when people kept trying to warn her that her lead was slipping, and she shouldn't have told the DNC to spend $5MM in Chicago and New Orleans for fear that she would win the Electoral College and lose the popular vote. You know where else she could have spent that money to boost her popular vote? Pittsburgh, Detroit, Madison, Milwaukee, etc. Her arrogance also hurt her campaign deeply.

Magnus Marz The people who believed in that idea were ones who were never going to vote for Hillary in the first place. As far as whether or not it worked, it got Hillary to accept the idea of free tuition for people making less than $125K, and the platform was much bolder on the climate crisis. As others have pointed out, more Hillary voters in 2008 went for McCain than Bernie voters in 2016 who went for Trump. As far as keeping it a secret, I got plenty of e-mails from Bernie and various supporters encouraging a vote for Hillary.

@JenniferDaniels909 A bunch of candidates have already released theirs. I wouldn't be surprised if more haven't than have, unless a lot of people around the 1-2% mark haven't that I am unaware of.

He wasn't made DNC director of outreach, he is director of outreach for Senate Democrats. And he went to a lot of red states and won a lot of people over.
