@LonerWeirdo Show me Democrats trying to purge voters. Both siderism is the height of laziness.

@westcoastrenegade8594 If you honestly believe that the Second Amendment is there to allow an overthrow of the government (when militias are clearly there to prevent rebellions) or that people with guns can defeat a government with tanks, you are clearly delusional.
7
@keirfarnum6811 Indeed. To argue that both sides are equally bad is laziness and enables the worst actors of all.
7
@westcoastrenegade8594 Keep dreaming. If you have given up on democracy, you aren't part of the conversation. If you want to engage in self-indulgent behavior that doesn't go anywhere, get a room and some lube.
6
@westcoastrenegade8594 Yeah, let's look at history. The French Revolution begat Napoleon. The Cuban Revolution begat Castro. The Iranian Revolution begat the ayatollah. The Russian Revolution begat Stalin. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

@westcoastrenegade8594 So, only one revolution worked, but you insist that is the way to go. Yes, you have e clearly thought things through. Anarchi-communism is extremely unstable, and the fact that you point to something short lived proves that.
2
myredfestiva [citation needed] Otherwise, you are just repeating Republican sour grapes about losing.

@westcoastrenegade8594 Therein lies the rub. Any of these anarchist experiments either end in conquest or internal collapse after a very short period of time. When I read The Conquest of Bread, I kept asking myself, "But how is that going to actually work?" "If there is no governing agent, how are you going to arrange the field trips to the farms to make sure there is enough vote with someone volunteering to clean up after the cows and pigs?" "How will you decide who gets to live where?" "How do you keep wealth from concentrating?" Something that is as stable as plutonium is not the best option.

@westcoastrenegade8594 Any time. I really did try to read that book with an open mind.

myredfestiva You mean people who have heard Republicans whining about it for 60 years believe it was stolen? No! Even if true, that is not evidence that it actually was stolen.

myredfestiva [citation needed]
1
myredfestiva You said it happened. I asked for evidence, and the only thing that you offered were polls. That's not evidence. It is 60 years of Republican sour grapes because they couldn't come to terms with losing. My, how things have changed!
1
myredfestiva What? You referenced the 1960 election, so my question was about the 1960 election, and what evidence that you had that it was stolen other than 60 years of Republican sour grapes.
1
myredfestiva You're living proof. Other evidence? In Barry Goldwater's memoirs, he literally said that Kennedy stole Illinois and Texas due to crooked dealings, and those two states would have put Nixon over the top. It is brought up almost every time people talk about contested elections, even though it was merely a close election. At least I have evidence for mine.
1
myredfestiva So, because you're mad that he won a close election, you're glad he got shot? Yeah, that says a lot more about you than the people who acknowledge the simple truth that Kennedy won the election.
1
myredfestiva If you want to argue that "it worked out," provide the evidence of the cheating.
1
myredfestiva No, idiot. I'm saying "don't be a psychopath and wish that someone gets killed because you don't like the fact that he won." Bush did steal the election in 2000, and I told anyone who wished for his death that I didn't want to hear it. Then again, I'm not a psychopath.
1
myredfestiva Great comeback. It took you that long to come up with that?
1
So, you wanted Bernie and EMK kicked out against the will of the voters of their state?
