  1. Indeed. My ex-wife needed to take contraception because if she didn't, there were times where she'd go through a cycle every two or three weeks. We were able to realize she was pregnant literally within days of when her cycle was supposed to start.

  2. The same logic Peter Schiff is using: Why should I pay for vision? Glasses cost money! "Yes, Peter, but if you have workers who can see with corrective lenses, they'll be better able to perform their jobs."

  3. ​ @firstlast9916  Insurance companies do save, because they don't have to pay for something much more expensive down the road. For example: if you pay $50/month for contraception, you'll save tens of thousands of dollars in not having to pay for childbirth at a hospital.

  4.  @firstlast9916  Last time I checked, Peter Thiel isn't an actuary. It doesn't take a PhD to figure out that not having to pay for a five-figure childbirth every couple of years and cover the extra children who are born costs a company a lot less than covering the pill.
