Is there a blue moon this month? Because Sean Hannity told the truth about a grifter.

Those of us who called that move a couple years ago when she announced that she was retiring from Congress are making sure our shoes are laced for the victory lap.

@uncletom356 Yes, finally another veteran of the site calling out Kulinski fornthe gateway drug grifter he is.

@unitedfools3493 Greenwald is a libertarian. Look at his work in Salon and lefty critiques of his work with Snowden. It was always there to see, which is why some of us were reluctant to get fully on board with him.

@o0Avalon0o Maybe that's because, to use an analogy that the host of Secular Talk would surely loathe, at best he is like an evangelist who is good at getting converts, but terrible at helping people actually grow, so he shouldn't be anyone's pastor.

@dadnonlyd3 If he really cares deep down about the issues, why did he tell Joe Rogan what he did about not voting? He was talking about poll places being dirty and not worth the hassle, and he started a group dedicated to electing down ballot candidates, but down ballot candidates had no role whatsoever in his decision to vote. He is someone who has largely done a solo effort over the years, but the first person he decided to develop an on-air partnership with was noted grifter Krystal Ball and he stuck it behind a paywall. If there is still some core there, he is hiding it behind some awful.

@za.307 It never ceased to amaze me how often the tulcels would admit that they also supported torture if they engaged long enough.

The important thing is that you now see the light. I fell for her grift in 2016 only knowing her from the Bernie campaign stuff. As soon as I saw her torture endorsement, I did everything I could to warn others (same logic behind taking a couple weeks of looking at Yang stuff to get to the fine print and realize that he was no silver medalist, but a total grifter) to not make the same mistake. It is not enough to see the light, you must try to show others.

@Zarastro54 Oh, I am not defending his foreign policy takes at all. My only point was that I don't get the "not one of us" impulse solely based on that. He is an honest actor, and he does research to try to back up his positions, even if I don't agree with all of them. Better someone like Pakman than people like Dore.

@xq8152 The weird thing is that this is not her natural voice. She's doing an Elizabeth Holmes where she drops her voice to try to sound more authoritative. Listen to clips of her from 2016 or earlier. The unusual inflections were always there, but she is a natural mezzo, not a contralto. That is why it sounds so off.

@JiggityJack Wasn't he offered something like triple what he makes now? I can't remember exactly, but I remember it being multiple times what he makes now. Ironic how many people hate him for not lining up with them completely when he has proven himself to be a straight shooter.

@doc7000 It seems like what has happened in some ways. As some Republicans realized that they weren't comfortable with fascism, they switched parties, pulling the average Democratic voter to the right by definition.

@f_youtubecensorshipf_nazis Exactly. Sometimes, I get the feeling that the people in the business who talk about the core underneath must be remembering some personal experiences and are letting that cloud things. I'd also like to know where he got this reputation as a brilliant strategist. He literally has the same strategy for everything. There is a reason why people like Doug Jones get a lot longer of a leash.
