  1. That is a FRIGHTENED MAN, and he should be. He's been in power too long. The problem with dictators is that most of them refuse to retire. Putin could have retired 10 years ago, but he insisted on throwing his weight around. Frankly, he is physically tiny. Hard to impress people when you're 5 feet tall and have the face of a spooky Victorian baby-doll sitting on a rocking chair in the attic. But this is dangerous. Megalomaniacs like him, when backed into a corner for their very lives, can make some very rash decisions - especially when they have nukes. Let's hope saner minds prevail.
