  1. I live in Sioux Falls, SD, which is Thune's hometown. I'm a liberal Democrat in a molten red state, but Thune defies the MAGA freaks because he and Sen. Rounds (also from SD) are pragmatic, logical people who take governing seriously. This latest proof of Thune's courage is why I hope he is allowed to take over from the traitorous wimp McConnell. We need new blood and new sanity in the Capitol.
