  1. We are going to be forced to close our physical borders as the world's climate creates more flooding and more drought. It's a terrible thought, but within 50 years billions of people will starve and the rest will act like a crowd in a burning theater. We simply will not have the capacity to take in a billion people. Being coldly rational, what benefit do Mexico, the U.S. and Canada get by letting in hundreds of millions of unskilled, half-starved, mentally traumatized and physically unhealthy people? The northern hemisphere will have to slam the doors shut on millions and millions of people. This is the harsh legacy our children will inherit from us, and I'm happy I won't be here to see it. God help them.
