  1. The Palestinian civilians wouldn't have known that Hamas were planning an attack. So they can not be held responsible for it! On the other hand Netanyahu was warned for several days before of the planned attack by Egyptian Intelligence and he chose to ignore it! He is responsible for allowing that attack!

To assume that they support Hamas is disgraceful! May'be when they are no longer fighting for their lives and burying their loved ones and losing limbs and trying to recover from serious injuries with no proper medical care! Maybe when they are not desperately trying to find water or food while being bombarded they might be able to officially condemn Hamas just to please you! They are not Hamas and they were not responsible for Hamas actions! Oh to see how you would cope in their horrendous situation!
