  2. Firstly the Modi government failed to impose President’s Rule in West Bengal and then it failed to send Indian Army to support Sheikh Hasina government in Bangladesh. Overall the Modi government has failed to protect Bengali Hindus whether in West Bengal or East Bengal (Bangladesh).
