  1.  @Zestful_Life  All great Hindu saints criticized practices of Hinduism to establish their own ideas. Whether it is Parshuram or Adi Shankaracharya or Chaitanya Mahaprabhu or any other. If there was blasphemy law in Hinduism then Hinduism would not have reformed from time to time.

  3. There are too many laws in India with too little implementation. Making one more law is not going to make any difference. Lynching is very old form of community justice in India prevalent from Medieval times and can be eliminated only when people develop faith in law enforcement machinery and judiciary
