@ His group is under strict orders to respect how Christian women want to dress or wear their crosses in public? Respect how Shia want to worship? And let’s say for a moment that this particular militant is sincere, then what happens when one of the other warlords decides they want to be king, and they have a different view of women and ethnic and religious minorities? These people will not ever be satisfied to live a life and exist with others unless they are the ones in control. They would rather destroy their whole country for ten years instead of just exist with others.

@ They are exactly the same people. The letter ‘S’ in ‘DAESH’ the Arabic version of the IS name stands for Al-Shams, which is the Arabic word for Syria. I also distinctly remember these people destroyed an ancient archaeological site in Syria (and put down a world renowned chief Syrian archeologicalist. This is also what the same group did in Iraq to the tomb of Prophet Joeseph, and similar to what their cousins The Taliban did to some massive Buddha carvings back around 1999. The destroying of Prophet Joseph’s tomb they videoed and were proud of, cheering and celebrating. This was before the era of tiktok, but what other lunatic force likes to destroy archeological and religious sites and video themselves doing it? These groups love to tell people what is legitimate historical artifacts and what needs to be destroyed. They love to say who is a kuffar, and who should be spared. They love to decide which women will be for sale and which won’t.

@Handle0108 You don’t know what you’re talking about, and while they were busy ‘fighting each other,’ instead of supporting the government, they let half the country go to waste and created a refugee crisis. These people and all of these groups are a part of the problem. They create devastating chaos because they are fixated on ruling over everyone. If they want to fight the government and create another secular regime where everybody can participate, that’s one matter, but that’s never what happens. Instead they have set the stage for misery for minorities, and decades of power struggles and civil war. This is why all the Christian Arabs flee the Middle East. They don’t want to live under the domination of these fanatics, just like the Palestinians don’t want to live under the domination of the Israelis. The Christians, the Shia, and everybody else don’t care what your Hadeeth says, they don’t want to be your ‘people of the book,’ or have their women subject to your pressures and views on life. Go move yourself to Afghanistan and live with them if you want that.

Furthermore, I watch an IDF Muslim outreach propaganda video a few weeks ago, and in it the lady in the IDF describes how they had provided medical treatment to some of these ‘rebels’ injured in battles with the Syrian army. She said they were all pleasantly surprised to learn it was the IDF who are as helping them. Muslim outreach, or Israel prefers to replace all of the secular Arab regimes with these lunatic ones that will all be fighting within for power for decades.

These people are taking about Syria of antiquity and civilization, but I remember some ten years ago they intentionally laid waste to an ancient archeological site and put down an older man who was the country’s chief archaeologist. They are vile liars and lunatics who just cannot function in a society where they are not in charge and dictating the laws. They took their funding from the Gulf states, their protection and training for the western states, and their medical care from Israel. Now this guy makes a show about how they’ve been at war with the country for the past ten years, and the people are just praying they don’t get the Iraqi Christian and Yazidi treatment from them.

Sorry, but these are the oppressors. These are the people who are protected by the US, funded by the Gulf states, and given medical treatment by Israel. Look at what they did to Iraq. These are vile people, and nobody wants them in charge. It’s like if the BNP in England, or a Christian Nationalist paramilitary group took over a territory, to ‘free’ the people from a corrupt central government. He is telling his people good things, but soon enough, one of the other war lords in his alliance get rid of this guy so that he can have power. Of course, he will have a different view when it comes to how the Christian women dress, why are the church bells allowed to ring, why are there so many kuffar, etc. And then there will be yet another one of these war lords who comes and fights with the second one. This backwards people have commuted the country to decades of civil war so that they can each ‘rule by the Sunnah, and only the Sunnah.’ They will create a refugee crisis, and make all the minorities flee, and then after maybe 20-30 years, after which Israel has sized whatever territory it wants, a new groups of people will talk about how there needs to be one Syria for all, national unity and all this, etc, but by then it will be too late to put back humpty-dumpty again. These people are a text book example of why not to let them into your country, they will eventually destroy it. They just cannot control their urges to dominate everyone and force every living creature to ‘live by the Sunnah.’

This is the Gulf states, not the Turks. Three Gulf states (along with Egypt and Jordan) created a land bridge to import goods to Israel, despite the Houthi blockade. -They did not want the Houthis to tank Israeli’s economy, or deprive its citizens of imported creature comforts. Now those same people are backed at it again, creating problems for the only forces that are making Israel struggle militarily.
