  1. Allain Roy  What if all people would have to register their affiliation or non-affiliation with any religion? Would it be constitutional then since it appears to affect all the same way?

  2. Allain Roy Though now that I think of it might not work for the same reasons miscegenation laws were deemed unconstitutional in the end, even if they affected people of all ethnic groups.
