Never had a flu shot, never will.. Can't remember the last time I had the actual flu.. Being in FL, I have no lack of citrus & fruits (peak strawberry season right now), and I get sun as often as possible (just got a few hours yesterday at the beach- had been too cold for the last 2 months, was needing it!).. Try not to 'socialize' too much during flu season. Love my friends, but you know there's always one that will go out & spread cooties.. Also- homemade chicken noodle soup (boil the chicken off the bones- strain for stock)! I swear by it!!
