  1. Ummm- you forgot the 2nd Amendment violations in Virginia. That's where the balkanization will begin, with West Virginia absorbing the Virginia counties that want to secede. From there, we can start making the megacities their own city-states- and ensure their looney ideology can't affect the rest of the sane country..
