The working class was doing a lot better under Trump than under Biden. Under the Trump presidency, the average middle class annual salary increased by over $5K. Under Biden, in just one year, that increase has been nullified by the worst inflation rates in 4 decades. I can condemn Trump for a lot of things, but I still know I was making more and spending less while he was president.

@louiscypher2673 FDR was an horrible president. His policies extended the great depression by about 8 years. His presidency is the reason for presidential term limits. And, tangentially, he put American citizens in concentration camps.

@heberje "small increase"? When's the last time your pay went up $5K in a 3 year span? And that was the national average. The "poor" as you call them generally benefit most from those type of gains. Primarily because they exist within the 50% of this country that enjoys a negative tax rate. And just so we're clear in our terminology, what do you consider "poor"?
