  2. I'll address your last point first. Twitter no longer has a board. Musk delisted it from public trading and made it a private company. Now to the rest of your sea lawyer bullshit. It's just that; bullshit. Musk gave all people he terminated what amounts to a 60 day paid suspension. That's their heads up. Everyone else is on a paid suspension pending revaluation of company needs. Those people he's "rehiring" were never fired. Again, they were suspended pending reevaluation.
