he's treating the west like his slaves because he knows they're all pumped up in Russophobia and bloodlust and thus want to see Russia lose whether its realistic or not. And as for being a dictator, he already proscribed the political opposition in Ukraine, banned their media agencies and arrested some of them calling them "Russian saboteurs". He's officially the supreme leader of Ukraine at the moment.
