@KohtehYT yes the other members of NATO should be spending their agreed-upon 2% at least but not all of their economies can handle it. Look at the Baltics. For instance, they are sacrificing a huge portion of their economies for military defense against Russia if the time comes.

@KohtehYT tbf there’s a reason reason Germany hasn’t focused on their military much they didn’t want to shock the world because the last 2 times they did that it wasn’t good simpler to Japan after WW2 they started to become more peace loving people the only 2 differences are that Japan was forced to demilitarize from their constitution written by America and Germany wasn’t and the Japanese (their government specifically) don’t even seem to acknowledge the horrible atrocities they committed that’s why you see jokes of Japanese saying stuff like “war? What war I don’t remember a war” while Germany chose this path out of guilt and was part of the reason they helped to create the EU

It disgusts me that Congress even has to debate to age Ukraine in the first place we are the strongest country in the world with the highest military spending. We are also the richest country in the world. We have plenty of money in our military budget to go around people and Trump’s cult will say stuff like “why are we wasting our tax dollars on Ukraine?“ when Ukraine is basically nothing to the US military budget. The US alone could supply Ukraine for decades we literally built our military on the idea of fighting two major wars at the same time, which is one of the qualifications of being a global superpower, the US military budget is higher than the next 10 countries combined.
