"RUSH", incorrect... States already had laws that were triggered into effect by Roe being overturned. Missouri, in fact, had the first Abortion laws in America.

Woman cried "worked so hard to get the law passed". Incorrect, the court did not pass a "Law", in fact, that's exactly what was not done, and should have been done, a federal law could have been passed, but was not. That proves Roe was not settled.

The SCOTUS was neither "Stolen", or "Illegitimate", and DW should have had a defender of SCOUTUS on in opposition to Sanger. Obama had a majority and could have passed federal law, Hillary could have won in 2016, and if Democrat Harry Reed had not changed Senate rules on Court nominees, Trump would have never gotten 3 choices. Sanger's blaming of Trump for Dem failure is incorrect.

@TootsyBootsy But the States did pass laws, and those went to SCOUTUS, like Casey in Pennsylvania and recently Mississippi and Texas. The Law was not settled by Roe and why it's unsettled 50 years later. Dems failed to pass a Fed law or amend the Constitution.

@gailseatonhumbert Reproductive science is not what it was in 1973. We know so much more, and the youngest premmie alive today was delivered at 21 weeks, deserving of "inalienable rights" as described in the Declaration of Independence and the 5th Amendment to the Constitution: "“no person shall be…deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law,” ..
