  1. The Whistle blower was NOT a witness, it was 2nd hand, so this guy lied right out of the box. Also, the whistle blower rule was changed to allow 2nd hand info just so this could be leaked, shameful. This guy is a partisan hack.

The Ukraine whistleblower, the statement noted, used both first-hand and second-hand information in the complaint."
