  1. False, there have been many, many cases of apology and imprisonments for crimes by Israelis. Show me the comparable in an Arab country. Even Deir Yassin, an apology given to Jordan for deaths of 107. Where are the Arab apologies for the attacks by the al-Husseini family regime for over 100 years.

  2. How about recognizing UN 181? The Fedayeen never did, starting killing civilians against international law in the early 1950s, Hamas just an extension of that international lawlessness. If not for the nonsense of Soviet "oppressor/oppressed dialectic, we'd have peace and harmony in the region, and Gaza would be a paradise on earth, not a place of fantasy where paradise is after death.

  14. Idict Israel, it will never get to trial. Gaza is under the political control of Hamas. They are not members of the ICJ. There is no Hamas "state", ICJ has no legal jurisdiction over the case. The ICC is different, Sinwar is also a candidate for a warrant and rule of internatinal law, and the cowards in Qatar and Beirut, too.
