  1. All this is well and good, looking at the western culture they really have a good proportion of the youth very immature and self-centred (to the point of stupidity thinking things don't apply to them as this virus affects mostly the older). They are ignoring the stay home notices because they say they are bored with nothing fun to do. Some adults are as well thinking they are smarter than the average bear, using exercise time to sunbath and interact but at least be 2m apart. The Tubes is still relatively full and density levels are still relatively high esp during peak hours so even if commuting has drop by 50% (as everyone who have not been specifically instructed to close are still called/want/need to work) but train services (due to manpower shortage) operates at 50% so net density is still high. What part of stay home do these people not understand? I have very deep concerns of countries which have slum like infrastructure (so far viral penetration has been low, but spikes could be impossibly huge). We actually know that exporting countries are going to cut production if the virus hit hard on them it was obvious. Here are some of my views. 1. Stay home! I mean really cook at home, eat at home, play at home, work at home more. 2. MRT/Bus population levels need to drastically be controlled, if your destination is only one stop perhaps its time to learn to walk if you can (the exercise would be good for you). Use of Masks need to be mandatory, it is the only place <2M distancing is impossible to manage. 3. Hawker centres is one of the largest vector concerns even take away. Learn to cook at home and eat at home more (if not all the time from now on). Other countries have already shutdown all F&Bs as a priority. I know this is one of the most unpopular areas to shutdown, but sooner or later it is going to have to be done. 4. Singaporeans need to start practicing self rationing, cook only what you can finish is a good start, its a good time to practice dieting. Rationing use of other consumables, perhaps save some money and with lowered demand price hikes will not be that pronounced. 5. Staggering work hours we have 24hrs in the day, maybe its time to start thinking of ways to operate outside of 9-5 more and spread the density of foot flow around Singapore work wise. This is not scare mongering ... its just my two cents to highlight concerns and help.
