  3.  @folk2630  Yes, that's true. Polish government is trying to tackle the issue with some limited success. But I think for Poland is better to remain a homogeneous nation rather than trying to improve its demographic through mass immigration from culturally different parts of the world. The moment today they've got plenty refugees from Ukraine and some of them will surely remain.

  5. Putin was hoping to improve terrible Russian demographics by invading and annexing Ukraine. But his plan backfired and and turned into a demographic disaster. His position is so weak now that I don't think he will even manage to create a union with Belarus, and achieve one of his long-term goals.
