  1. as a backend dev I can see that from the few overviews fireship has given of this library. Looks like it simplifies css a lot.

  3. css is painful (bootstrap too, for that matter, although a little bit less) and I don't think anyone should want to be "too experienced" with css anyways. If you go for tailwind and it makes styling easy for you then forget about ever learning proper css. It's hell and life's too short.
