  1. Andrew Tate has always been a grifter. Islam, Orthodoxy, Catholicism, hell even the Flying Spaghetti Monster, he’ll use any religion or ideology if it means making money by scamming a bunch of teenagers. This whole thing feels like a stunt, and honestly I’m most worried for Muslim women who will have their religious spaces become home to the misogynistic and borderline incel talking points Tate spews towards young men. I’m a Christian, but if Tate’s new religion helps make him less of a POS then good on him. Until then however, I will treat it as the many other times he claimed to become a Muslim.

  2. Was he even Christian? He didn’t understand Christianity at all, and claimed we were weak for not beating up or killing people for making fun of Jesus (which is antithetical to what Jesus taught) and claimed Christians are too nice to LGBT people and women.

  3.  @acron6866  We don’t support homosexuality, Christians see it as a sin (trans people being accepted is still a discussion between scholars), but we don’t prosecute people automatically for sinning in Christianity. It shouldn’t be promoted nor should it be accepted as normal but it is that person’s job to acknowledge their sin, not someone else’s. Don’t pull out the spec in your neighbor’s eye before dealing with the rod in your own, as Jesus said.

  5. It isn’t, we are still the largest religion on the planet and Evangelicalism is actually growing as fast as Islam.
