@ShaikhaInk Not suprising he isn’t Muslim, his Twitter makes him just look like a massive liberal (i.e he compares Trump to Hitler, states Republicans want to create a Theocratic Fascist state in America, complains about European Identitarians daring to say nationalism is good). Considering his history of Islamophobic and Anti Christian language and his use of TRT World and Daily Sabah, I wouldn’t be surprised if he is only sympathetic to Muslims because Turkey funds him under the table.

@ShaikhaInk But to answer your question his main issue is vicarious redemption, which he says is cruel since forgiveness should come from the person you wronged.

@gratefulwoman8848 Orban isn’t a National Socialist, every far right ideology isn’t the same. Besides, Hitler’s pre WW2 actions saved Germany’s economy and society, the Weimar Republic, especially Berlin, was a pit of degeneracy and moral rot. His mistake was starting WW2 and not working with the other European powers to unite the continent.

@gratefulwoman8848 It does, because at the end of the day countries need something to unite them. Islamists get this, people like Orban get this, yet many in Europe feel like you can be some multicultural paradise where completely separate groups can work together and get along. How great did that end up for the Ottomans? Or the British? You see, if you don’t have a common identity to unite the people, then the people will rip the country apart. Europe can either let in the embrace Pan European Ethnonationalism and Conservatism, or it can cease to exist as an entity entirely. There is no third option.
