  2.  @Cruiserczcz  Dunno how that has anything to do with making sure you do not take all the cattle away from Ukrainians. Goebbels seems very worried about extracting too much food from occupied territories because of the possibility of the entire food chain collapsing in those regions. He described it seemingly had already happened in some parts of Eastern Europe.
