  1. It's Hawaii, do you understand the logistics to support an Island State literally at the center of the largest ocean on the planet. No one should be living there to be honest at least as many that do live on those Islands. If they can not provide enough water or food for themselves short term after a disaster they should pack up and leave. When I mean they, the other Islands helping the others when in facing disasters. Hawaii IS a 3rd world country which just happens to be a State of the UNITED States. I doubt other States in the United States want to resort to Federal subsidization just so more assholes move their. No one should be living on those islands but the natives and military plus support structure. It's just logistically stupid unless your rich.
