  1. Focus more on skills than on experience. You've learned things in your life like software, languages, team work, organizational stuff, presenting, working independently, communication,... And maybe you've written a bachelor thesis or had a certain project at uni that could substantially be connected to the job (if you apply for logistics maybe you have written on logistics...). So you could include the title of that work or project in your resume.

  4. You can make sub categories like IT skills, language skills, communicational skills... google categories or job skills. There are lists that can help frame skill sets better.

  5. The ones used in the job ad are important. Plus you can ask chat gpt for keywords and/or search for other job ads for similar positions and look for keywords there.
