Eurofighter is better than Rafale, similar operational cost and cheaper than Rafale. Gripen is useless, we have our own Tejas series. But going for more Rafale makes sense anyway.

@wynn3077. Rafale has pretty low RCS and can jam radars. It doesn't require stealth to shoot the Meteor first. I would personally love to see the J20 maintain it's stealth on the mountains with low engine output.

Typhoon is actually better suited for India. Tejas and Typhoon are both made of composites, have similar avionics. There are future plans to upgrade the Tejas with EF Typhoon like systems too. The jets will complement each other well, but Rafale is what IAF will go for mostly because of logistics. Unless EF Typhoon offers something IAF can't refuse.

Doesn't make sense. Rafale is the way to go.

Typhoon is a good idea, but unlikely.

They'll be finalized in about a week time. Navy is very professional about their procurements.

@hrwedsash It was more expensive . The current price of Typhoon is relatively less than Rafale F4 or F3R. Which is why the Typhoon is back in the MMRCA.

@khaledashraf811 It is cheaper than quoted Rafale F4.

Doesn't make any sense.

@krishnatirunagari5392 Are you mad? Logistical nightmare. The only reason the MMRCA is taking so long because of the logistics of make in India, ToT etc. You want to make that confusion into 3× ?🤦
