FIRST they destroyed the S&L by forcing them to lend to the low life element of society. THEN, they continued by demanding that they make loans available to POOR CREDIT BUMS and home flippers, and NEARLY DESTROYED the country. They "bailed out" the big banks because had they not, we all stand in soup lines!! Meanwhile, as I've said, they paid back EVERY DIME. Can you say the same about the bums that SIGNED for mortgages and walked away??
