@Wack373 It's actually not how negotiations start. They begin with people who are actually willing to negotiate. Who's feeding you this rubbish?

@Wack373 Like the caption on a motivational poster, sounds lovely but totally empty. And then there's the bigger picture to consider. Putin's a gambler, all dictators are. He's a good gambler and letting him win Crimea was a massive failing. Now we're dealing with this as a consequence. Settling on terms that favour him means we're back here doing this again in less than a decade. But you just stick to glib one-liners, that's about the limit of your "wisdom".

@Wack373 The problems with our wealth distribution can be solved domestically and aren't inexorably tied to Russian dominance of energy markets. Russia is struggling to perpetuate the war as much as Ukraine is. Look how far and wide Putin has had to go begging. And the toll its taking on his position of power only grows as time passes. But go on, tell me what else it says on your sheet.
