People of this country have been working hard for decades. We need politicians who aren't corrupt or inept and won't piss taxpayer funds up the wall on phoney contracts to their chums.

I think we need to get Labour in, then REALLY hold their feet to the fire to make sure they work on fixing our broken economy for the wellbeing of every common person in this country. Lib Dems as opposition. You might say "Labour this, Labour that" and you might even have a point. But fact is we don't have good alternatives. Greens might as well be a one-policy party. It's an important policy but not enough on it's own. Ukip or Reform or the BUF or whatever they're calling themselves now are just living in the past. Tories have proven themselves increasingly inept so we HAVE to change things up or we're doomed to this death spiral.

There's no peaceful solution to be found at this point, as Putin doesn't want to give up any ground. Until he does, the situation won't change.

@touriel8943 Not really, it's overwhelmingly wielded by right wing politicians and pundits.They whip people up with empty rhetoric about it, rather than focus on important issues.

@touriel8943 Sounds like you're jumping at shadows. Gay, lesbian and transgender people have always existed and are just as deserving of rights and respect as any person. You're gonna need to evidence any accusations that kids are being sterilised or that paedophilia is being advocated for. Otherwise they're just hollow claims. And Badenoch is just a reactionary looking to build a support base out of the most ignorant and bitter amongst us. What are her policies? Leave the EU... then what? She's gonna need more than that and policing what bathroom trans people use.
