@randyvalantino6850 A lot of people have to live in private rentals for most their lives. You seem to have a very narrow view of where and how private rentals are provided. While the private landlord isn't responsible for council housing, it doesn't change the fact that they are the only option for so many working class people.

@Warbaman Nah, no profit. Home, food and water should not be for profit. Find your anecdotal evidence of how people leave flats very hard to believe, as well.

@randyvalantino6850 Nice change of subject, guess we'll just ignore that will we? If I owned a house, I'd live in it. If I wanted to rent it out I'd need to find another place to live. So I wouldn't rent it out.
