  4.  @jonasabry9099  I lived in Cheyenne, and thought that was too isolated. What saved me from insanity was being at the CO border. And I'm an introvert. Can't imagine living in Casper. In 6 years I never even visited Casper because it was like 2 hours away. I always thought, why would I drive 2 hours for something that offers less than Cheyenne?....... When I can drive 2 hours the opposite way and have it all? Cheyenne had 100mph winds a week or 2 ago....lol I know the feeling.

  8. There are islands actually disappearing in the Caribbean and Pacific. And shrinking coastlines. I don't blame it on climate change. To me it's just normal natural cycles. And in the case of the US......bad construction planning.

  13.  @vantastic9367  It does, even if you don't have money. I lived in Cheyenne, and had to go to CO for everything other than milk, eggs, bread. Having money only means that you can be in WY for the 2 good months of weather, but live the other 10 months in a normal place. Like Kanye.

  15. I think he means that he quit on caring. Would've been incredibly easy to project having a handle on covid response....but he fumbled it. Badly. Meanwhile Cuomo actually killed seniors, but his briefings gave the perception of having things under control. Perception is everything. Trump would've won 48 states if he had copied Cuomo.

  16. I just moved out of WY. Retired and moved there at the age of 40, and moved out 6 years later feeling like I was 82. Moved there for the tax benefits.....but that benefit became obsolete quick because I had to go to CO for everything other than milk, bread, eggs.

  19.  @stevena3871  I'm retired, and have school age kids. We moved from WY in Dec, after 6 years of miserable living conditions in that forsaken place. CA is a 1000% boost in quality of life. But yes.....not planning on this being our forever home. Just needed to feel alive again, and in 2 years, we move to a permanent place somewhere warm, somewhere in the world.
