  1. Been to the Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Deadwood area a couple of times. Nice touristy areas. Very pleasant.

  2. That "SD is better than Mars" ad is hilarious.......because when I lived in Wyoming, I would tell everyone I knew outside of WY, that living in WY was similar to life in Mars.

  4. Yes. Deadwood is a themed town. Looks Western/mining. Tourist trap....but fun. We stayed at the Lodge at Deadwood.....really nice hotel.

  5.  @eternalbeing3339  I lived in Cheyenne for 6 years. My soul died 8 times. I got there at 40 years old.....left 6 years later feeling like I was 85. Harsh life in those parts.

  8.  @thornbird6768  Not the same.....AT ALL.......lol. South Dakota is 9 months of snow, 50mph winds, sub zero temperatures.

  9.  @hundejahre  Lived in Cheyenne 6 years. Saw snow in early September, and snow in June. Couldn't imagine how miserable it is living further up north or west.
