Judaism: Jewishness is determined by the religion of the mother, not the father (matrilineal) Christianity: Mary is worshipped as the Mother of God (God could've just zapped Jesus into existence but chose to have Jesus born of a mortal woman--this is one of the keys to Christianity) Women also pretend as if they're oppressed by men and that's why they're not running things. I'm a retired teacher. We had a woman who became principal, found out that it was 80 hour weeks and a ton of responsibility, and then quit to go back into the classroom. I've seen that several times in my thirty year career with women principals. I've never once seen it with a male principal. When given a chance to run things, women often decline because being in charge is hard, dude.
